As COVID-19 disrupted in-person convening in 2020, AFRACA and AGRA needed new channels to keep member institutions connected to emerging practice in technology, innovation and policy for rural and agricultural finance across the continent.

Approach and Activities
The partners co-hosted the bilingual Technology, Innovation and Policy (T.I.P.) webinar series in 2020, followed in 2021 by a joint webinar on re-thinking the role of Development Finance Institutions (DFIs) as essential enablers of rural and agricultural development in Africa. Each series was documented in synthesis reports published in English and French through AFRACA's knowledge platform.
