The foundation of the AFRACA-AGRA partnership: a bilingual continental webinar series on Technology, Innovation and Policy (2020) and on re-thinking the role of Development Finance Institutions as enablers of rural and agricultural development (2021), each documented in published synthesis reports.

An AGRA-supported policy workstream anchored by the AFRACA Roundtable Workshop and Exchange Programme on Collateral Registries, hosted by the Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe in Harare. It produced an evidence-based policy brief on strengthening collateral registry systems, disseminated to AFRACA member institutions.

A two-day Food Systems Finance training delivered in Lomé, Togo alongside the AFRACA PDB Forum, building technical capacity among Secretariat staff and Public Development Bank representatives. Each participating PDB is mandated to develop an institution-specific action plan within 90 days.
